Attention All Drunks
Anaheim is setting up shop in Anaheim at several locations, and the newspaper tells you exactly when and where; um, Anaheim PD...why are you advertising where you are doing these alcohol test? Isn't the point to catch the drivers? Not just have them going down a different street!
