Is It Me?

Am I the only one sick of spending several hours on an application only to hear nothing from the employer...like ever. I'd be happy with a thanks, but no thanks right now.

I think part of the reason there's such dissatisfaction in the modern workplace is because they don't treat employees like humans at the earliest state: the application phase.
